CATALYSIS OF TRIVALENT PHOSPHORUS COMPOUNDS OF THE REACTIONS OF SUBSTITUTED BENZOIC ACIDS WITH ANILINE

The catalytic preparation of substituted benzanilides by the reaction benzoic acids with aniline is an important model process that has been intensively developed recently, in field «green chemistry» concept, direct amidation, and its study urgent scientific practical task.
 Within framework solving this problem, catalysis acylation trivalent phosphorus compounds P(III) was studied. It established amount only 2% mol. from acid effectively catalyze reaction, which proceeds boiling low-polar solvents intensive water distillation air atmosphere, leads to obtaining anilides a yield close quantitative. new catalysts, trichloride tribromide, phosphorous acid, successfully complement system tetrabutoxytitanate/polybutoxytitanate, previously used for these purposes, allowing obtain aminobenzoic greater selectivity, as well oxybenzoic acids.
